Sony Xperia 10 stopped vibrating

I have had my Xperia 10 for about a year now and yesterday, it stopped vibrating for calls and texts. I've restarted my phone at least 5 times, checked all my settings and it still doesn't work. I've had Sony for at least the past 8 years and this is the worst Sony phone I've experienced.

Any ideas please? It's very annoying not having the vibration for notifications

Have you tried factory resetting the device? make sure to have a copy of everything on the phone, because a factory reset, deletes it all.

Definitely use Google Drive or the Backup and Restore app, easiest use.

Then go for it:

Settings → System → Advanced → Reset options → Erase all data (factory reset) → Delete all data.
