Diagnostics module crashing

The diagnostics module included in the Xperia Z2 operating system is closing itself.
Is impossible to use or to start any test.

I've restated many times de Z2 but the module still closing.
I tried installing the official Diagnostics App but when I try to open the app there is a message that says the Z2 already has a module for that function and close the app.

so odd, repair your phone with PCC and check again

Hi all.
Mine has this problem too, since I bought it new. I never be able to do the diagnostics ever. Because it keep saying "Unfortunately, diagnostics has stopped " and that's it. I've sent the email to sonymobile support since last week but no reply at all and yesterday I sent PM to sonymobile on facebook but still no reply.
DanielGR how is your phone 's going? Is the problem solved?

Problem solved with the Kernel compilation 17.1.2.A.0.314, the diagnostics module is working fine and all the tests can be performed but the 3.5mm audio dock start having problems detecting connected devices and responding to the command button of all the headphones.

I also have the Kernel compilation. 17.1.2.A.0.314 but still the diagnostics stopped. Do you have any idea why? Thanks in advance

Weard, būt i just noticed that i hawe same problem. Phone is one month old, and i hawe newer done that diagnostic, and now i see that i can't even do that...

I have the same problem... diagnostics keep crashing and i have kernel compilation 23.0.1.A.0.167... any solutions?
