hello everyone

i want to know if it's possible to recover deleted files, pictures, videos on my z3 compact

and how to do it

can i recover my files after reseting my phone ?

If the pictures, videos, music were stored on the SD card, then yes you can using "recuva" if they were on the internal storage, I'm afraid but they can't be restore

i want to sell my phone but i want to wipe everything from it

but i'm afraid someone with good hacking skills my find my old stuff

what's the best way to wipe your phone and how to make sur it's clean from all data and files

Hi,

If you perform a factory reset via Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Mark that you want to clear the internal storage, then everything will be deleted and it's not possible to recover the data.

Or you can perform a software repair via PC Companion which also will reinstall the latest firmware and clear the data&colon;

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

reset z3c lost manufacture files

hello

i reset my android device i also used Andro Shredder app to wipe my phone

but it deleted the manufactory videos , music and images i tried to reset again but i lost it

can i get them back i'm not intresetd in the images and videos i just want to know if it's posssible

i think it may work if i repair the phone with pc companion
