Xperia Z2 D6502 Email app unable to user mobile data connection after resuming from restriction.

Hi,

i am using Xperia Z2 D6502.

Xperia 's default Email app unable to use Mobile Data Connection after it get resumed from "Restrict Background Data" Set.

it is working fine with WiFi Connection. i tried by resetting Email app and MS Exchange Service but the problem is still there.

Is there any solution to resolve this problem.

Try Clearing the data.

How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the Email app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

Does it work on safe mode?

Boot on safe mode and see if the vibration notification work as expected.

This Issue has been resolved after updating to Andriod 5 (Lolipop). Thanks Sony.

I am using D6502 and updated it to lolipop (v5) 4 weeks ago.

I am happy to see all things there and all are working seamlessly.

1."Close ALL" present in Recent app

2. Sound imporved

3. Video Quality improved and all "Image Enhancement" options present in new update

4. Clean Email and Calendar App.

5. Reduced RAM Usages
