Hiss sound when NC mode is set on on MDR-EX750NA

Hi,

After researching a lot topic related to this hiss/water fall sound, I still can't find my solution. I have just used it for 2 days, sound is overall at good quality, only one issue with NC mode once turned on (without playing music), the hissing sound makes annoying noises in both sides of the headphone.

I have tried reset with pin but no help at all.

I am considering return to store but before that I have to make sure this is not a real issue.

I tested at my room, the hiss sound is louder than outside environment of the house.

Hi,

Since Noise Cancelling uses digital circuits for signal processing it's not uncommon that there's some low noise when not playing music. However, if it's loud and annoying then there's also the option of a technical defect.
