Hello I bought Sony WH 1000xm3 about 3 months ago. They keep disconnecting by themselves when I connect them them to my phone. They could turn off themselves 3-4 times a day and won’t be able to connect for a few hours. Would appreciate an reply ASAP. Thank you,

Download and install Sony Headphones Connect from the iOS store.

Then follow the prompts

I did the software update, and now they don’t want to turn on completely,
any suggestions what could be wrong?

Yes the buttons don’t respond at all.

There's also the initialization or "factory reset" here but if you've already tried that as well, you should contact the Sony engineers for an inspection: +44(0)1656 867347
