I hear the ringtone in the headphones - but cannot pick up the call by double tapping the right earcup. Manually answering on the handset works fine - any thoughts ?

Hi Tartanfish,

Maybe you haven't selected the correct BT-profile or your phone doesn't support the control from the headphones.
