Sony WH-1000XM4 bug reporting

This is my first day got WH-1000XM4(black) after wearing a few hours with NC on, I turn it off for a lunch, and when I wear it again, and turn on the NC, their is buzzing sound in on my left ear side, I have tried to reset to factory mode, but the problem persist. I do not know if this is a hardware issue or software issue. I have my WH-1000XM3 with me, and reconnect it to the same device, their is no such problem at all. So frustrated since their is a problem is the first day of wearing those new model. I hope sony will have a soft ware update to fix it

Quick update: I have contact my seller, and they have sent me a new pair of WH-1000XM4. The problem still exists. Right now, I start wondering if it is the product design flaw to cause this problem. Here is a youtube link as an reference:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aCD9grHot20

I just bought this headphones and im hearing a lot of static on my left ear when i reproduce a youtube video. I dont know if its a software or hardware problem. Thanks

Do you have the latest software version installed on them?

Also, what do you mean by "reproduce a YouTube video"?
