      <title>WI-1000XM2 Headphones Stop Playing Music</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sony WI-1000XM2 model headphones stop playing music at random times. Typically the headset will play music from 20 to 90 minutes and then stop at a random point in time for no clear reason. I can always restart the music. The headphones are connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth. There was no obvious disconnection from Bluetooth. In one test I left the iPhone on the table just 1 foot away from the headset. I have the latest Sony app version 7 and the latest headphone firmware version 2 and the latest iOS version 14. The battery has plenty of power remaining and has never dropped below 30%. The headset is new (Dec. 25, 2020) and this has been a problem from the very beginning.&amp;nbsp;Can you suggest anything for me to try? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
