WF-XB700 Headphones

When I place the left ear bud into the charging case, it keeps flashing red.

The right ear bud I have no issues with, that charges normally.

Have plugged the,charging cable into a computer port but it's still flashing.

Reset them, then try charging them again.

I had already tried a reset but nothing happened the first time round.
Will try again later on

If it doesn't work the second time around, try initializing them to factory defaults.
