Hi. Is there a MDR 1000x firmware update? I couldn't find one. Moreover, the 'Sony Headphones Connect' app doesn't recognizes it, which supposedly should allow a firmware update. Thanks.

Hello @esg.esg,

there is no firmware update available for the headphones, meaning they are up to date.

Also they are not compatible with the Headphones Connect App.

Hi Nic,

Thx a bunch for your reply. Since a few years ago when I bought this product, it was leading the market in the noise canceling products. Do you know if Sony will engage its engineering department to continue with supporting this headset?
