WH-1000XM3 "White Noise" (Clicking/Popping)

Hi,

I just purchased a brand-new set of WH-1000XM3 headphones and have the same issue. I Updated the firmware and still have persistent noise in the left ear, its like "white noise" Clicking/popping. I have made some experiences and the noise only starts, sometimes after 20min other times 3-5min and sometimes 1h. With the cable is equal, so maybe is not a software issue or a Bluetooth connection problem.

Another thing, when the noise starts if I put the Headphones with the earcups resting in the table and wait +/- 1min and after that put them back again, the noise disappear, but after some minutes, they come back.

So there is something strange...

Maybe some issue with the ANC, the chip, the microphones, bad soldering... the transportation, the carriers or lack of quality control in the production.

But I'm not a Sony employ so give us the possibilities and Exchange the defect unites.
