WI-C400 inner ear disconnected

Heya I have a pair of the sony WI-c400 and I love them, unfortunately the design in the buds isn't the best and get dirty super quick and need cleaning regularly.

After all these years the rubber inside of the buds have become disconnected and I assume they are for the bass as that now sucks.

Anybody know how to repair this? Or where I can get replacement parts? Thanks

I'm not sure the rubber is repairable however

its probably best to contact Sony's official parts retailer (EET Europarts.)
