Is there any video explaining how to transfer mp3 files from android to the earphones?

On the manual it seams the only way is to use a PC

However I have several music player Apps in my android phone playing either online or podcast content

in any case podcasts can be downloaded on the phone and therefore are resident on phone's memory

Is there any App to manage such contents and transfer to the earphones?

How does it choose the files to be transferred, i.e. can the content be scrutinized from the phone's memory?
