NEX-5 Picture effects (miniature, HDR Painting, etc)?

Is it possible to expand the Picture Effects available on the NEX-5 to include the effects that are available on other NEX models, such as HDR Painting, Soft Focus, Miniature, Rich-Tone Monochrome?
