I've just purchased an item here in the UK which qualifies for cash back. What I find surprising is that I have to send my bank account details, name, home address, telephone number etc in order to get my money. Sony says it will send the cash back via bank transfer, I shall be asking my bank what they say about me passing my bank details to someone! What is wrong with giving people the option of sending proofs by post and receiving a cheque by return?
