I have just got a new A6000 camera with 16-50 oss kit lens and 55-210 kit lens. I am disapointed with photo quality, is this due to quality of kit lenses. I have a Lumix FZ48 with Leica lens which I think gives better quality, should I buy Zeiss lenses for camera and will they give substantialy better quality ??? Ian

Hi Ian,

Indeed - Zeiss and G lenses are giving a better image quality.

Anyway, I would recommend to test them before buing.

I tried the Sony SEL 18-200 £600 and compared same shots with my 55-210 kit lens both at full zoom, there was hardly any difference in sharpness and resolution, not worth spending money on.
