A7rii Freezing Issues

I am a professional wedding photographer, new to using the Sony A7Rii (a switch from Canon) - rated as one of the best cameras - but..... it keeps freezing during a shoot, this is totally unacceptable for me - anybody else having these problems and know any kind of fix?

Hi ghastilow and welcome.

We have seen this before when using third party lenses and with some third party adapters.

You don't say if you are using your Canon lenses with an adapter. If so which adapter are you using (eg. Metabones) and is it using the latest adapter firmware?

If you are using Sony lenses, with the latest firmwares you may need to contact service for advice.
