TTL cable for A77II?

I can't find any TTL cables for the Sony SLT-A77II. Is there any? Nor can I find any radio transmitters.

You don't mention what you are trying to do but a search on the internet should provide you with links to third party cables, etc. Vello off-camera TTL cord for Sony multi interface shoe seems popular but it appears it's only available in the US, also the following Flash compatibility info might be of interest..
