"Moving-fringes" appearing on finder & display

Hello,
When looking through the "finder" or the display, some areas of the image are covered with "moving fringes". This has started appearing a few months ago.
Does anyone have the same problem?

Hello @Siddiolo,

that is the so called "Zebra"-overlay.

If you deactivate it, the fringes are gone.

Ouch.. I haven't read actually "If you deactivate it, the fringes are gone."!
I have deactivated the effect!
