    <description>&lt;P&gt;My 12 year old 400V got to a stage where it was impractical to use. The error message common to this model and the screen had lines on.&amp;nbsp; I bought a used 400V in lovely condition.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've connected successfully to my router (wi fi) and I have transferred images off the camera SD card using IEM app. I came to start a remote control shoot and got a message saing the remote app (and others) are discontinued,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spent a frustrating half hour on live chat, got nowhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know of a work around?&amp;nbsp; I have two other Sony cams which connet remotely - Can I transfer the remote app off either of those?&amp;nbsp; Or, is there a non-SOny app to control the camera for shooting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really angry they pulled these services. Their product support is awful. I know my cams are a little old, but this is planned obsolescence.&amp;nbsp; Appreciate any help on this.
