    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers again Rich.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I remembered this from a previous post.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately I had already backed all my data onto zip, or what  I could and thus recovered all drives. Oh well it's done now, hopefully it will be fine from now on. Think I will make periodic backups of my personal data onto DVD for safety.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm pretty sure it was an update from Sony that caused this problem, although I have no idea which one but it was deffinately fine before I installed updates last week.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers again R$ich&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andy&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Andy,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tap F10 repeatedly at boot - this will take you to the HDDR recovery consol. Make sure that you either backup or move your personal data to the D drive before doing this and select the option to format the C drive only.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
