Ghrapics card question..

Hi,

I have a Sony Vaio SVE1712C5E laptop.

Spec -

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3632QM CPU @ 2.20GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7650M (2GB)

OS: Windows 8.1

Now my question is where is my Intel integrated Graphics?

I ask this as my Full CPU Spec shows that I have a Intel® HD Graphics 4000.

All I see is my AMD Radeon 7650M in the Device Manager.

Hi M0K1MA and welcome.

If you look at the Full CPU Spec, you will see an asterisk against the "Processor Graphics ^‡" category. This means that the Intel HD 4000 graphics are not available on all systems that use this processor.

‡ This feature may not be available on all computing systems.

The Sony specifications for your model only list the graphics installed as AMD Radeon HD 7650M so Sony have installed the processor which does not have the Intel graphics capability.

Feel free to check with Sony Support, but I would guess the processor graphics have been permanently disabled and only the AMD graphics are available.
