SVF13N2DE Hard Drive Space

Hi,

I have purchased Sony Vaio Fit Multiflip 13A model SVF13N2DE yesterday from BHS Direct. It is an i7 256 gb SSD model.

When I received the laptop, I noticed that my C drive is showing up only 210 GB and after all softwares installed, free space is only about 173 GB.

I have immediately contacted the help line of BHS Direct and they have asked me to type windows button + R and type diskmgmt.msc where I can see all the space and how it is allocated.

I did the same thing and it is showing up only 238.35 GB. So I am wondering how to find out what is happening with the remaining 18 GB of hard disk space?

I tried to contact Sony customer support but they replied me to call them back as their systems are down.

I request if any one can help me with

a) how to see where the total 256 GB is used? and

b) how to partition the C drive with softwares only and create D drive on this laptop?
