    <description>So I tried to downgrade my laptop as it was on bloody win 8...got a copy of win 7, made a bootable USB, formatted c drive, as u would for clean install. But Sony had made the drive so I cannot install a OS... Got no operating system now, no way to recover... Helllpppppp</description>
