&lt;P&gt;Have you checked in Task Manager &amp;gt; Processes to see whether any application is using more memory than expected (you may need to click ‘show processes from all users’) and also run a FULL virus scan using more than one utility.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the problem of high memory usage is a corrupt application then a factory reset should cure the problem but of course this is a long winded process so I suggest you try to find the culprit before going down this road.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hello, for some time I noticed that my ram was indeed overloaded manager processor and ram spot indicates that my ram is at 70% (at time of writing) then&lt;BR /&gt;I do not do anything that uses a lot of ram. and 10 min after ignition pc.j 've all tried scan and repair with vaio care nothing works&lt;BR /&gt;I have a sony vaio laptop core i5-2450M sve1511c5e 6GB of ram, which is 11 months.&lt;BR /&gt;or just to overload the ram?&lt;BR /&gt;is that formatting via recovery solve the problem?&lt;BR /&gt;thank you&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
