Hello, for some time I noticed that my ram was indeed overloaded manager processor and ram spot indicates that my ram is at 70% (at time of writing) then
I do not do anything that uses a lot of ram. and 10 min after ignition pc.j 've all tried scan and repair with vaio care nothing works
I have a sony vaio laptop core i5-2450M sve1511c5e 6GB of ram, which is 11 months.
or just to overload the ram?
is that formatting via recovery solve the problem?

Hi huskyfirst1,

Have you checked in Task Manager > Processes to see whether any application is using more memory than expected (you may need to click ‘show processes from all users’) and also run a FULL virus scan using more than one utility.

If the problem of high memory usage is a corrupt application then a factory reset should cure the problem but of course this is a long winded process so I suggest you try to find the culprit before going down this road.
