A down arrow key doesn't work properly in my laptop

When I want to use it I have to push strongly and hold to make it work. I have cleaned it using a compressed air cleaner but it didn't help.

I bought my laptop at 27/07/2013 so it's only 1 year old and very well looked after. I think it still is under factory warranty

Any idea what to do? I have tried to contact sony support by phone provided on their website - the number doesn't work. Sent them 2 emails - no replies. Really was expecting much more from that renowned and not cheap brand.

Has anyone an idea how to sort this problem out, please or how to contact someone who can help me?
