I have cleaned it using a compressed air cleaner but it didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought my laptop at 27/07/2013 so it's only 1 year old and very well looked after. I think it still is under factory warranty&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea what to do? I have tried to contact sony support by phone provided on their website - the number doesn't work. Sent them 2 emails - no replies. Really was expecting much more from that renowned and not cheap brand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone an idea&amp;nbsp;how to sort this problem out, please &amp;nbsp; or how to contact someone who can help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot, DS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
