The issue you are experiencing could be caused by a failing graphics chip. You could check if the graphics chip is the cause by connecting your Vaio to an external monitor.

I dont have any external monitors at home. Is it okay if i try to connect my laptop to my tv via hdmi?

i tried and got error message: your pc cant project to another screen. Try reinstalling the driver or using a different video card.
