Sony Vaio VPCZ21ME9 AMD DRIVER ISSUE!!

Hi all my sony vaio z is running on windows 7 pro.. i have vaio update installed, for the last month or so vaio update keeps installing Graphics Driver AMD Update 8.932.5.0 once installed, it ask me to restart my vaio. Witch i do, but as it boots up it fails to install the driver. The screen flashes as graphics drivers are being installed but then it fails.. i've been going in circles for over a month now.. does anyone know how i can get the driver to be installed ? I'm also having the same issue with the bluetooth driver Bluetooth Driver (Intel) - 1.0.90.20620 ...

Thanks have reached out to Vaio Support, funny why do they ask for serial number ? My vaio z is old, like 5 years old. will they still provide support as am out of warranty ?
