VPCS11X9E can't connect to Internet

Have a VPCS11X9E that cant connect to Internet. I have searched for the solution on the Internet and have found nothing.

Have Windows 10 64bits

Can't connect to internet

USB mice doesnt work but pens do

What can I do to solve this issue as fast as possible

Have you just installed Windows 10?

Sony only supports Windows 7 on your Vaio and this sounds like a missing Network/Wifi driver and/or SFEP driver.

You can search the web for a compatible driver or you could ry reinstalling the Sony original driver from the downloads support page here:

The internet was working fine on Windows 10, its not a fresh install
