Welcome to our community!

You can buy them - along with any other original accessories or spare parts- from Sony's authorised dealer EET Euro parts.

I'd recommend getting in contact with them and check the availability of the recovery discs using the serial number of your VAIO just to make sure you're getting the correct ones.

I don't think you can buy just the digital files. You can order the CDs from EET and have them delivered to you.
