Phone them, tell them they have a further 10 days to return a fully repaired computer otherwise you will have to take legal advice. I would also tell them that you expect your warranty to be extended by a month because of the delay.<BR /><BR />Insist that you speak to a supervisor. Be polite but stick to your guns.<BR /><BR />If you can, phone them every couple of days and keep a record of what you &amp; they say.<BR /><BR />All the above assumes this is a warranty repair.
