If it just happened once I would not worry. If it persists then give Vaio Link Support a call on Monday.<BR /><BR />The file you mention is a Sony file and you will find it here: -<BR /><BR />C:\Program Files\Sony\VCM Intelligent Analyzing Manager\VcmIAlzMgr.exe<BR /><BR />I confess that I have no idea what it does. Have you installed all the software updates for your model from VAIO-UPDATE?
