You are always advised to stay with a driver that has been tested by Sony.<BR /><BR />At your own risk you can update to a later nVidia driver but be very careful because of the known problem of a number of nVidia chips that have failed if they are allowed to overheat.<BR /><BR />I think the latest version that supports the 8400M GT and will install itself is nVIDIA ForceWare X 176.37 for Windows Vista : -<BR /><BR /><A href="http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/drivers/vista/176.37" target="_blank">http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/drivers/vista/176.37</A><BR /><BR />There are also more recent drivers available on that site but they will not install without modifying the installation information file (.INF).
