Hello Everyone, At Sony's request, I returned my Vaio TZ laptop to the inspection programme. Unfortunately, it was not returned within the time stated. I had to complete my two week trip abroad without my laptop as Sony wouldn't forward it to me. I arranged for the laptop to be delivered to my home address the day after my return. Unfortunately, Sony 'lost' my laptop and I was without it for two months. Sony's so called 'customer service' is terrible. They do not reply to emails and nobody seems to know what the other person is doing. I have incurred considerable expenses and lost valuable time because of Sony's incompetence. I have also noted on various blogs that other customers have had a similar experience.Sony have no interest in looking after the customer. I emailed Karl Barker at Sony but he was not willing to rectify the issue. Has anyone else had a bad experience of customer service?
