Can you help me? I can't find drivers on Windows XP for Sony Vaio VGN-NR11SR/S! Can someone help me?

Hi RandomSOFT,

Sony do not support XP on your model - so there are no XP Drivers or XP Utilities.

You will probably be able to install XP with the Original Drivers Package supplied with the VGN-N11S which was sold with XP installed.

However, there are NO XP Utilities for the NR-Series so many things will not work properly. Things like the Fn Keys, Screen Brightness, Power Management etc. will not work.

You may get some of these working using utilities from other models by trial and error.

Any drivers/utilities available and reliable are free to download from the Sony Support site. Plus the link you provide only has only a couple of update utilities for XP - not what RandomSOFT was asking for.

Also, why resurrect a thread that is nearly 7 years old???
