Not sure if it's still within it's warranty period but over the last few months it has started to overheat every single time it's turned on. I can't open web pages, it is really hot and un responsive most of the time. I installed anti virus and deleted a lot of files and programmes that I don't use, but it didn't help. I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do to fix it.. I'm not very 'techno minded' so keep it simple if so! Also am I still within my rights to take it back to the shop or will they not do anything?
