Yesterday when I tryed to install a game my dvd drive was not responding etc etc and I couldnt turn off laptop through start-turn off-turn off. So I had to do that manually. But actually After turning it on powered by battery only, screen is at 100% of brightness and none of Vaio power modes workes, i.e when I use "max akku-lebensdauer (max battery life) " screen is not darker, everything behaves like if laptop was plugged in.
