Internet content on KDL-32EX710 - Too poor, too closed

Hello.

I just bought early February this nice TV set called KDL-32EX710, partly because it offered Internet connectivity.
I managed to connect it rather easily (so congratulations for that friendliness, although there's still significant improvements to be made for the more internet-illiterate consumers).

But then I was badly surprised by such a poor content offered and by the closed world offered.

Sony certainly has the possibility and the ability to make that evolve very quickly, but is it aware and conscious it is necessary ?

I would be very happy to have Sony's analysis of that with some kind of roadmap of enhancement as a reply to this feedback and claim.
