I have a Sony KD49XE7073 TV and I cannot receive my Humax recorder which is connected to HDMI. I have been advised by Humax I need to turn off my Bravia Sync how do I do this thanks.

Welcome to the community.

Have a look in this manual, and see BRAVIA Sync Settings (page 29) for adjusting the settings on the TV side.

Since buying my new Sony KL 49xe7073 TV, I have not been able to use my Humax Foxstat, advised to turn off Bravia sync which I have done Humax works for a little time then screen comes up with no signal. Tried unplugging and resetting but to no avail. Also tried different Hdmi leads I am now at the end of my tether, I have tried my best but I am not very technical minded. Humax state its a Sony issue please please can someone advise me.
