Can't access web with bluetooth Bravia

Hi,

I've got a Bravia. It is connected wirelessly to the internet, and for the last couple years I''ve had no problem watching streaming content on YouTube, Netflix, Amazon. Yesterday I tried to connect web - browse on my TV, and I can't do it. It won't open a page on the browser. It only asks me to add "edit speed dial" or "add to speed dial".

Why does it recognize my wireless for streaming but not web browsing? What can I do?
