&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is the latest firmware update&amp;nbsp;on your TV&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;v8.500&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;(released on 20th November)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The recommended way to ensure you received the above-mentioned firmware update is by making sure that the Automatic software download setting on your TV is&amp;nbsp;ON. Your TV should then have received the update automatically.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If this latest firmware update is on your&amp;nbsp;KX-49XE7002 already, it's best to contact &lt;A href="http://services.sony.co.uk/supportmvc/en/Contact/Email" target="_self"&gt;Sony Support&lt;/A&gt; about this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
