Annoying beep

I have the KDL43WE753BU TV and it makes an annoying beeping noise.

I have seen seen the other posts that say you can turn this off in settings through the keynote option but my TV does not have this.

Appreciate help getting rid of this. Cannot believe a good tv can have such an annoying feature.

It beeps at random times when I am changing channels or fast forwarding on a channel. It seems to happen when I am on my pvr box.

Thanks for the info.

Have you updated to the latest firmware? Can you see System Sounds or Key Tone anywhere in the Home/Settings menu?

No I have not run any updates and cannot see keynotes in the settings.

How do I update this?
