Hi.

Just bought logitech K400 plus TV version. TV shows message that it's not supported. Is there any other TV keyboard which is supported or is there any other way to make it work, software update for an example?

Unfortunately this model of TV does not support any keyboards.

At first I have had a problem with my Logitech K400R (not Plus) when I tried to connect it to my 43XE8077 TV. Neither the keyboard nor touchpad responded. After I update the firmware using Logitech Unifying Software on my PC, the keyboard start to work properly. Due to the peculiar Android implementation on Sony TV I am not sure that this keyboard is going to work on other TV models.
