Colour issue

Hi all,

I'm having issues with my KDL 43WD751 where the screen is experiencing green colour where it's meant to be black. I have replaced the TCON and Main Board which didn't solve the issue.

I'll be surprised if the panel has failed as it was only manufactured in 2016.

I have attached 3 images below showing the problem.

1st image shows the screen with a black and white video being played. You can see the green colour.

2nd image shows the same screen after I've increased the brightness to 82 which removed the green colours.

3rd image shows the bright colours as a result of increasing brightness.

Hi Mick. Thanks for the reply.

No it hasn't. The boards were replaced by a local tv repair shop.
