Retuning mystery

How can I retune my Sony Bravia if my remote control 'All in One' has no Menu button? I have recently performed a required upgrade and now cannot access TV3 and neither can I retune. Any suggestions? I have tried the 3D and Home and all other relevant buttons with no success. Please help.

No need now, thanks, I'm pleased to report. I have discovered that by using the Home button and drilling down I eventually reach the retune button. Thanks somuch for your continued interest.

its not a tv it is myhi fi a CMT-s20b
