Activation code blues

Hi Guys and Girls, I have a Bravia tv, that I have a dongle for, and am connected to tinterweb. I have also registered my tv....so far so good, now here’s the blues for my KDL- 37EX403 tv.

1, where do I find my activation code to enter on the website or tv?

2, where on Earth is the Activate Enhanced Features section, as I’m not shown an option in the tv menu

Im getting a tad despondent trying to sort this out, and hope you folks can help

It has been several years since my last EX TV but if I remember right you need to activate a device to get codes on the Sony Entertainment Network https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/liquid/external/auth/login.action.

As I said several years ago so apologises if that is not right

Ok I rang Sony Eu customer service, no joy there, no clue what I’m on about, she gave me another number which turns out to be PlayStation, and they won’t deal with issue, quite frankly I think they’re either too young to know or can’t be assed to help an ageing old dear......
