Pausing Netflix on Sony Bravia TV

I've purchased a new Sony Bravia TV (SONY 43 KDL43WF663BU). When using Netflix how can I pause it with the remote control please? I was able to do this when using Netflix with Apple TV, but not with the pause button for my "smart" TV.

Hi craigyboy71,

Have you tried to press on the middle button of the remote during playback? The info bar should appear with the pause button on the screen.
