Panel Problem with 65xe7096

Hello,

4 days ago i purchased the tv on the title,from a big local store in greece..

Today i saw in white background something like "dirt" inside the panel.The "dirt" is permanent and it appears at all colors/images.

I tried to clean it outside but i couldnt. It is inside the panel.

Also i found 5 to 6 dead pixels. Not all together though.

I will attach some photos with the "dirt". If it is dirt. Should i return it to local store or contact with sony.

I tried to find an email for sony greece but i couldnt.
