&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you try the following steps below -&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Press the&amp;nbsp;HOME&amp;nbsp;button on the remote.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;Network&amp;nbsp;in Settings, then press the Enter button.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;Refresh Internet Content, then press the Enter button.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Let me know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="g-unit"&gt;Hello.I have problem after last sw update 8.673-1000-1.280-0000.After update i lost apps (Netflix, Amazon prime).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;According to instructions with Sony support i try to downgrade on version on V.835 or V.8533.but unsuccessfully.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe somebody knows how to solve this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tnx in advance!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
